What does it mean "to eat the sun." 
"Eating the sun" is a behavior we engage in every minute of every day. The sun generates life and sustains life on planet Earth. We ingest its food. We savor its nourishment. Each pore in our skin drinks in the life-giving forces of solar rays and Vitamin D. With every breathe we inhale oxygen from the sun's photosynthesis of plants.
Our bodies work non-stop to ingest the energy emanating from the sun. We crave its power. We feed on its products, even for our daily bread. Our bodies soak up its bounty of solar treasures. The sun fills our spirits and nourishes our souls. It warms out bodies and enlightens our minds. Our daily prayer is "Good morning, Sunshine, feed us again today." We never want to stop "eating the sun."
