Proclamation from all governments and international organizations, large and small that CARBON DIOXIDE has been judged to be innocent of all charges it has been accused of and must immediately be let out of jail.

Reprieve of all sentences from governmental legal systems against citizens who have been accused and prosecuted for CARBON and CARBON DIOXIDE related crimes;

Proclaim the Universal Declaration, Proclamation and Implementation by governments of a CARBON and CO2 BILL OF RIGHTS, affirming that:

ALL CITIZENS ARE CREATED INNOCENT OF ALLEGED CRIMES AGAINST CARBON AND CO2 

AND, THEY ARE ENDOWED BY THEIR CREATOR WITH INALIENABLE RIGHTS TO FREE ACCESS TO AND USE OF CARBON –– AN ELEMENT ON THE PERIODIC TABLE –– AS A NATURAL AND INTEGRAL ELEMENT IN THEIR FOOD, THE BIOSPHERE, AND THE PLANET;

FURTHERMORE, ALL CITIZENS HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIFE, WHICH INCLUDES BREATHING IN AND EXHALING CARBON DIOXIDE WITH EVERY BREATH AND NOT BE SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION FROM GOVERNMENT AGENCIES FOR ANY LAWS REGARDING LIMITATIONS ON ACCESS TO AND GENERATION OF CARBON DIOXIDE FOR THE LIFE OF THE HUMAN BODY;

FURTHERMORE, THAT THE RIGHT OF ALL TREES, PLANTS AND LIVING ORGANISMS ON PLANET EARTH HAVE ACCESS TO CARBON DIOXIDE FROM THE ATMOSPHERE FOR THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THEIR LIVES AND SUCH ACCESS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED; 

Please Recognize the fundamental differences between CARBON DIOXIDE, a colorless, odorless gas that is not a threat to human life and POLLUTION which includes many toxic chemicals that are threats to human life;

Incentivize teachers unions, teachers, and school administrators to initiate educational courses to deprogram their own global warming indoctrination, initiate courses to educate themselves in a scientific grounding in the facts regarding current and future changes to the climate, and commit to the initiation of courses for their students that ground them in the science of climate;

STOP THE LIES

Implement an action plan to redirect the false narratives on the climate emergency in a new direction based on scientific facts, not propaganda, governing the future impact of climate change on our society. 

FORCE GOVERNMENT LEADERS TO STOP LYING ABOUT the nonexistent climate emergency. 

Boycott the CORPORATE MEDIA to STOP LYING and initiate a new behavior of REPORTING on the scientific truths of global warming/cooling and climate change.

Offer a compromise to BIG TECH regarding its censorship of the science of global warming, whereby BIG TECH agrees to cease and desist their deranged censorship of climate science in exchange for its initiation of a new algorithm, which will censor all statements by GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS and CORPORATE MEDIA dealing with global warming and climate change based on lies and myths, until such time that each official and media newscaster and commentator complete and pass a computer-given test proving their factual understanding of global warming and climate change;

Immediately cease and desist the use of the phrase “CLIMATE EMERGENCY.” There is NO climate emergency;

Governments pay a fine of $10,000 to each citizen for the pain and suffering endured over three decades caused by the fraudulent taking of CARBON TAXES and the harm caused by the deceptive enforcement of policies enacted on the pretense of saving the world from its ersatz demise, while knowing that the truth was actually that government agencies were collecting taxes and making the lives of citizens a living hell by demanding changes in behavior for reasons that are now recognized are bogus;

Government Officials, including from the Executive Branch, the Legislative Branch, and the Judicial Branch, must attend monthly, one-hour long meetings (in person or on ZOOM on the subject THE TRUTH ABOUT THE REALITIES OF CLIMATE.

Governments rescind all laws that TAX uses of CARBON and CARBON DIOXIDE.

Governments cease and desist all programs that attempt to extort money from individuals and corporations, that are identified as, but not limited to CARBON OFFSETS, CARBON FOOTPRINTS, CARBON EXCHANGES, CARBON RESETS, and other CARBON SCAMS, and CARBON RIPOFFS.
